No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products. All sales are final and no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully before placing your order.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, we're here to help. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at nushaelayesha@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • An unboxing video clearly showing the package condition and the damaged item
  • Photos of the damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we receive your email, our team will review your case and guide you through the return process for damaged items only. Please note that we do not provide cash refunds for damaged items. Instead, we will issue a gift card or coupon code of equivalent value that you can use for future purchases on our website.
